What should I store in the Keepsake Box?
The things you love, not the things you need. Printed photos, handwritten letters, birthday and wedding cards, ultrasound photos, hospital bracelets, kids’ artwork, school photos, ticket stubs and travel mementos. For passports, certificates and legal papers, use the DailyDocs Organizer.
Which size should I choose?
Choose the Original (10.5 × 8.5 in) for photos, cards, letters and small keepsakes.
Choose the Large (12.75 × 9.75 in) for kids' artwork, school papers and anything on standard 8.5 × 11 in paper.

Why choose the Keepsake Box over a regular storage box?
Most storage boxes aren't made for paper and photos, and acid in cardboard can yellow them over time. Each Keepsake Box is handmade with an acid-free lining, rigid board walls and a cotton-linen exterior that looks good enough to leave out. A magnetic closure keeps it shut, so your memories stay protected and in reach instead of in a bin in the closet.
Will standard 8.5 × 11 in paper fit?
Yes, in the Large. It holds letter-size paper flat, so artwork, school papers and programs go in without folding.
The Original is sized for photos, cards and letters.
Is it fireproof or waterproof?
No. The Keepsake Box is designed to protect memories from dust, light and acid damage, not fire or water. For irreplaceable originals, many customers keep a box in a closet or safe.
What is it made from?
Each box is handmade with a cotton-linen exterior, an acid-free interior lining and rigid board walls (1800 gsm top and bottom, 1500 gsm sides). A magnetic closure keeps it securely shut.

The Large measures 12.75 × 9.75 × 2.3 in and weighs 1.98 lb.
Is the Keepsake Box acid-free?
Yes. The interior lining is acid-free, so it won’t yellow or damage the photos and papers stored inside.
Can I stack Keepsake Boxes?
Yes. They’re built to stack neatly on a shelf, on a dresser or in a closet, so your collection grows without clutter. When stacking both sizes, put the Large on the bottom.
How is the Keepsake Box different from the Organizer?
The Organizer is for what you need. The Keepsake Box is for what you love. Passports, certificates, insurance and tax records go in the Organizer. Photos, letters, cards and mementos go in the Keepsake Box. One keeps you prepared, and the other keeps your memories safe.
How do I care for it?
Wipe the cotton-linen exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For marks, use a cloth lightly dampened with water and a drop of mild soap, blot and let it air dry. Don’t machine wash, soak or bleach it. Keep it out of direct sunlight and humidity so the color stays true.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders placed by 1 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day. Standard shipping is free and arrives in 2–5 business days. Express shipping via UPS is available at checkout. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. We don’t ship internationally.
What is your return policy?
Every DailyDocs order is backed by our Happiness Guarantee. Return any unopened Keepsake Box, with the plastic wrap still on, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Email support@dailydocs.com with your order number to start.
