Should I choose the Organizer or the Keepsake Box?
The Organizer is for what you need. The Keepsake Box is for what you love. Passports, certificates, insurance policies and estate documents go in the Organizer. Photos, letters, cards and mementos go in the Keepsake Box. Most homes have both kinds of paper, which is why many customers get both.

What does the Organizer hold?
Birth and marriage certificates, passports, Social Security cards, wills and trusts, insurance policies, property deeds, tax records and medical records. It has 6 large envelopes for full-size documents, 4 small envelopes for passports and cards, and 45 labels so you can find anything in seconds.
How much fits inside?
Each large envelope easily holds 40 letter-size sheets flat, so the six together fit about 240 pages of certificates, deeds, policies and more. Each small envelope holds several passports or cards. That’s enough for most families’ vital records in one Organizer, and the expandable 4-ring binder grows with you.
Is it fireproof or waterproof?
No. The Organizer is designed for organization and acid-free protection, not fire or flood protection. It measures 11.3 × 13 × 2.25 in, so it fits inside most home safes. Many customers keep it in a safe for the best of both.
What size Keepsake Box do I need?
Choose the Original for photos, cards, letters and small keepsakes.
Choose the Large for artwork, school papers and anything on standard 8.5 × 11 in paper. Only the Large holds letter-size paper flat.
