REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

NEWLYNAMED

If you change your mind about your purchase and if we have not shipped your NewlyNamed Box or you have not downloaded your name change kit, we will issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have received your name change kit via mail or internet download are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. Shipping costs associated with returns are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed the same business day, though it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

DAILYDOCS

If you decide to cancel your order and your DailyDocs product has not yet shipped, we'll issue a full refund upon request. Unused DailyDocs products in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, contact support@dailydocs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund. Refunds are typically issued the same business day we receive your return, though it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

LIFELEGACY ESTATE PLANS

Estate plan products — including the Individual Estate Plan, Couples Estate Plan, and The New Chapter Bundle — include access to LifeLegacy's online estate planning platform. Refund requests made before the estate plan has been accessed or initiated will be issued upon request. Refund requests made after the estate plan has been accessed or initiated are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. Refunds are processed the same business day, though it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that access codes must be redeemed within one (1) year of purchase. Once redeemed and your account is created, your access to your LifeLegacy Estate Plan documents will not expire. We recommend downloading your finalized documents for your records.
