What would I put in a small envelope?
The small envelopes are designed for compact but essential items you don’t want to misplace. Customers often use them for Social Security cards, passports, driver’s licenses, credit cards, vaccination records, or even keepsakes like jewelry or photos. Anything that’s small, important, and easy to lose fits perfectly here.
What would I put in a large envelope?
Large envelopes are ideal for important full-size documents like birth and marriage certificates, wills, trusts, medical records, property deeds, insurance policies, and other legal or financial papers.
How big is the organizer? Will it fit in a safe or cabinet?
The organizer measures 11" x 13" x 2" and weighs 2 lbs. It’s compact enough to fit in most safes, filing cabinets, or bookshelves, while still offering plenty of storage.
How do the sticker labels work?
The organizer includes 36 pre-filled labels (e.g., “Passports,” “Medical Records,” “Insurance”) plus 9 blank labels. Just peel, stick, and apply them to envelopes for quick organization.
Is there guidance on how to get started?

Yes! Your DailyDocs Organizer is expandable so you can add or remove contents to your liking.
Is the DailyDocs paper acid-free?
Yes! All paper used in your DailyDocs Organizer is acid-free, which means your documents and photos are protected from yellowing, fading, or deterioration over time.
When will my DailyDocs order ship?
Processing Time: Orders are shipped out from our warehouse on the next business day.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 1PM EST (Monday through Friday) will ship the same day. You can choose between Standard Shipping (2–5 business days) or Express Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. That includes all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
